Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip or return authorization form inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
